Hi! My name is Louise Dunn. I work in the Marketing Department at the Fountains at Cedar Parke as the Move-In-Coordinator. I take care of the move-in process for three of the four different communities here - Independent Living, Assisted Living, REM (Reminiscence) and Long Term Care. My job is help new residents with various issues. This includes answering questions about the paperwork, making sure they have all the necessary documents, inspecting the apartment for readiness, along with informing and working with all the other departments here. It is my job to make sure that our residents are safe, happy and secure.
I first started here almost three years ago as the night time receptionist. When I was in this position I had the pleasure of greeting families and residents every night as they moved about our facility. This gave me the opportunity to interact with the Residents on a more personal level when they came to the front desk with questions or needed help.
Having worked both at the Front Desk and in the Marketing Department, I have gotten to know the wonderful people that live and work here. I am so happy to work at a place like the Fountains, a place were the lives of our elder citizens are valued and respected. We are an active, vibrant community.
