The Human Resource Department at The Fountains at Cedar Parke consists of two team members: Dolly McCrink, Director of HR and Kim Bancroft, HR Assistant.
There are many facets to the HR department. Recruiting new employees, keeping employee and medical records, and handling all team member’s needs, be it FMLA, medical benefits, or grievances. HR also manages payroll for all team members.
HR also handles incoming team members by scheduling and administrating drug screenings, and setting up New Hire Orientation twice monthly. During orientation, all company policies are explained and team members will then sign and date an acknowledgment form.
Ensuring compliance with Labor Laws is a very important part of Human Resources. The HR department must know, comply, and keep up to date on NJ’s employment regulations.
Because ethics is strictly enforced in HR, all team members should feel comfortable and assured that anything that “happens in HR, stays in HR.”
